Our Team

Ella Frank is a research assistant at CTRL and a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s Political Science department. Her interests include political theory, democratic governance, and how new technology shapes global politics and social movements. At the lab, she assists with preparing research for publication, as well as the CTRL blog.
